The KUKA Comp heavy-duty robots comprise the following models: KUKA KR200-2 Comp, KR200L170-2 Comp and KR200L140-2 Comp. These robots are 6-axis and lighter and faster. They are equipped with a more powerful KRC2 ED05 controller. The KRC2 controller, 2005 edition (ED05), guarantees high reliability and continuous access to the benefits of KUKA’s state-of-the-art technology. Up to two external axes can be integrated into the basic controller and up to six external axes into a higher-level controller. The controller is characterized by its easy maintenance, good accessibility, and modular structure, which allows components to be exchanged quickly and easily.

YEAR 2005-2007 The ABB IRB 6600 robot is still very rare on the used market as most are still employed in their first application. The 6600 is the successor to the IRB 6400 range. The 6600 is used in many car factories around the world and has a good reputation for being fast, strong and flexible. The 6600 can be used in many applications including pick and place, machine tending, grinding, welding, de-burring, trimming, and sealing. The ABB IRB 6600 models were first supplied with the ABB M2000 S4C+ controller, but more recently this has been superseded by the M2004 IRC5 controller.?
The KR 360-2 industrial robot for handling heavy loads and is one of KUKA’s most powerful robots. It guarantees a high precision in the repetition and a wide field of work. Compact robot that offers increased production quality. Equipped with KRC2 Ed05 control. Reduce automation costs for integration and maintenance.
The ABB IRB 6400 REX is one of the most installed robots in the world. They have been used by most of the major automotive manufacturers for nearly 15 years. IRB 6400 REX is a 6-axis industrial robot, designed specifically for manufacturing industries that use flexible robot-based automation. The robot has an open structure that is specially adapted for flexible use, and can communicate extensively with external systems. Have an excellent reputation for reliability and capability and as such are the industry standard. Robot arm uses epicyclic gearboxes for the major axis and is both simple and reliable. The arm is also very rugged and is less vulnerable to damage than many of its competitors. Is entirely powered by ac servo motors, the “rams” on the side of the arms are not hydraulic or pneumatic, they are simply enclosed mechanical springs. The springs and weight on the back of the robot make it very well balanced meaning the forces required to move the robot are remarkably small. Life expectancy is largely dependent on service practices (once a year is normal) but expected to last for at least 100,000 hours.
ABB IRB 1600ID (Integrated Dressing) robot model is designed for arc welding. The wiring situation and the process hoses are located inside the upper arm. Therefore, failures due to wiring breakage are avoided. Cables and hoses last longer with this protection configuration. ABB IRB 1600iD, consists of 6 axes and can be installed in any position: floor, ceiling or at an angle. This ABB IRB 1600ID uses the IRC5 robot controller, which is equipped with a trajectory control system, friendly programming unit, flexible RAPID language and extensive communication possibilities. Also available in multi move version, consisting of – 2 ABB IRB 1600iD robots – 1 IRC5 control – 1 teach pendant
The IRB 6640 is ABB’s newest robot for heavy lifting needs. It was built to replace its forerunner, the IRB 6600 robot. With six axes of motion, a protection rating of IP67, and a maximum payload of 180kg, it is ready to tackle the tough challenges. Its strong design is ideal for material handling, machine tending, or spot welding applications. The standard IRB 6640 version has a 2.55m horizontal reach. It is a floor mount model with the ability to bend behind itself for extra accessibility. The ABB 6640 can use the IRC5 or S4C controller. Video https://youtu.be/G0ICF5FW9fE
The IRB 2400 is the most popular industrial robot. This robot is equipped with the S4CPlus M2000 controller. The S4CPlus M2000 allows for RAPID instructions, flexible programming tasks, as well as other additional enhanced features. The IRB 2400/10 offers increased production rates, shorter lead times and faster delivery for your finished product. Because of its rach and load capacity the IRB 2400/10 robot offers an excellent performance in the handling of materials. The most common applications are welding, handling, polishing and deburring, measurement and control, etc. All models offer inverted mounting capacity. The compact design of the IRB 2400 ensures easy installation.
Used robot ABB IRB 2400L, year 2001-2003, with approx. 20.000 working hours, 1800 mm reach, 7kg payload and S4C Plus M2000 controller, welding equipment with Fronius TPS 4000 power supply, 400 A., Lincoln Electric Cool Arc 25 cooling equipment and DINSE torch with pneumatic anti-collision system.
Fanuc R2000i with RJ3iB controller industrial robot is a 6 axis robot used by automotive companies worldwide. It is among the fastest robot arms in its class. This makes the R2000i very useful in many applications where the ability to fit in confined spaces is important, even the narrow wrist helps in this. The wrist of the R2000i has an IP rating of IP67 and the rest of the arm is IP54. It is mounted on a 4.6 m long linear track, thus providing maximum range. Lower arm is single sided; this allows the robot to ?flip over? and work behind itself. The arm is light, fast and compact so it is without a doubt a very multipurpose robot. The R2000i comes with the Fanuc RJ3iB controller. Benefits of the RJ3iB include fast boot up time, excellent connectivity, powerful programming language, built in safety circuits, expandable I/O and bus options.
The KR200 is a long-lasting and useful robot. With its reach and loading capacity, it is suitable for working in all operations.
Designed for applications calings for high speeds and high repeatability.
With a wrist designed to optimize movements, this compact robot can easily support a 6kg payload.
The IRB 6600 robot can bend fully backwards and is therefore adapted for process applications. The working range is greatly extended and the robot fits well into dense production lines.
