ABB IRB 6400R S4CPlus REX 3,00 m / 100 kg
The ABB IRB 6400 REX is one of the most installed robots in the world. They have been used by most of the major automotive manufacturers for nearly 15 years. IRB 6400 REX is a 6-axis industrial robot, designed specifically for manufacturing industries that use flexible robot-based automation. The robot has an open structure that is specially adapted for flexible use, and can communicate extensively with external systems. Have an excellent reputation for reliability and capability and as such are the industry standard. Robot arm uses epicyclic gearboxes for the major axis and is both simple and reliable. The arm is also very rugged and is less vulnerable to damage than many of its competitors. Is entirely powered by ac servo motors, the “rams” on the side of the arms are not hydraulic or pneumatic, they are simply enclosed mechanical springs. The springs and weight on the back of the robot make it very well balanced meaning the forces required to move the robot are remarkably small. Life expectancy is largely dependent on service practices (once a year is normal) but expected to last for at least 100,000 hours.

ABB IRB 6600 IRC5 M2004
YEAR 2005-2007 The ABB IRB 6600 robot is still very rare on the used market as most are still employed in their first application. The 6600 is the successor to the IRB 6400 range. The 6600 is used in many car factories around the world and has a good reputation for being fast, strong and flexible. The 6600 can be used in many applications including pick and place, machine tending, grinding, welding, de-burring, trimming, and sealing. The ABB IRB 6600 models were first supplied with the ABB M2000 S4C+ controller, but more recently this has been superseded by the M2004 IRC5 controller.?

ABB IRB 6640 IRC5 M2004
The IRB 6640 is ABB’s newest robot for heavy lifting needs. It was built to replace its forerunner, the IRB 6600 robot. With six axes of motion, a protection rating of IP67, and a maximum payload of 180kg, it is ready to tackle the tough challenges. Its strong design is ideal for material handling, machine tending, or spot welding applications. The standard IRB 6640 version has a 2.55m horizontal reach. It is a floor mount model with the ability to bend behind itself for extra accessibility. The ABB 6640 can use the IRC5 or S4C controller. Video https://youtu.be/G0ICF5FW9fE

ABB IRB 7600 3.1/325kg with M2004 IRC5 controller
ABB IRB 7600 3.1/325kg with M2004 IRC5 controller. The 7600 is typically used for handling large loads and also for high tolerance milling, as the strength and rigidity of the arm is exceptional. Features such as high available torque and inertia capability, as well as the rigid design and powerful acceleration have made it a market leader. Typical applications can be the handling of heavy fixtures, the handling and turning of car bodies, the lifting of engines, the handling of heavy parts in foundries or forges, the loading and unloading of machine cells, or the handling of heavy layers of pallets. One of the main challenges for robots handling heavy loads is to ensure the safety of personnel and the protection of staff, avoiding the risk of an accident. For this reason, the manufacturer has developed SafeMove2, a robot monitoring solution with, which enables the robots not to compromise safety. robots not to compromise safety. It includes a number of state-of-the-art safety functions.

Fanuc R-2000iB 210F
The Fanuc R-2000iB 210F is a floor mounted 6 axis robot. It’s payload of 210 kg and a 2655 mm horizontal reach makes it suitable for many applications including welding, material handling and assembling. The Fanuc R-2000iB has a slim wrist and arm design enabling it to fit into confined spaces. It gives manufacturers greater versatility when dealing with heavy duty workloads. The R-30iA Controller uses advanced technology packaged in a reliable and efficient design. Process capability and open architecture features provide intelligence to improve application and motion performance whilst simplifying system integration. The controller offers controls acceleration and deceleration times. This leads to shorter cycle times. The controller provides an integrated 2D vision system to speed up the installation of vision applications and this can be easily upgraded to a 3D vision system.

Fanuc R2000i/165F RJ3IB mounted on linear track
Fanuc R2000i with RJ3iB controller industrial robot is a 6 axis robot used by automotive companies worldwide. It is among the fastest robot arms in its class. This makes the R2000i very useful in many applications where the ability to fit in confined spaces is important, even the narrow wrist helps in this. The wrist of the R2000i has an IP rating of IP67 and the rest of the arm is IP54. It is mounted on a 4.6 m long linear track, thus providing maximum range. Lower arm is single sided; this allows the robot to ?flip over? and work behind itself. The arm is light, fast and compact so it is without a doubt a very multipurpose robot. The R2000i comes with the Fanuc RJ3iB controller. Benefits of the RJ3iB include fast boot up time, excellent connectivity, powerful programming language, built in safety circuits, expandable I/O and bus options.
