ALNEA has been dealing with the integration of systems based on industrial robots for 10 years. Designs, builds and implements production lines, manual, semi-automatic, automatic and robotic positions. As a Silver KUKA partner, we’ve done most of the applications on KUKA robots.
We have created a patented Zeus soldering controller that is integrated with KUKA robots. The controller controls the soldering head and tin feeder in this way to get the best quality of soldered connections. We implemented soldering at 16 robotic stations with KUKA robots.

We have implemented KUKA robots in applications: screwing, plasma, gluing, pick & place, soldering, assembly, packaging, and others on robots KR6 R900-2, KR3 R540, KR6 R700 etc. The largest implementation we have worked on is a valve assembly line with 14 robots, at 10 independent stations and conveyor tracking. The line has the highest standards with leakage tests at the level of helium atoms (using mass spectrometers).
